The university film club showed Interstella 5555. I was there. It was awesome. I loved the animation the best: wonderfully eighties, and wonderfully European-kind-off. Oh my God, it's FANGIRL SWEDISH.
Only it isn't, but I'm under the impression that admitting a liking to Håkan Hellström is fairly fangirly in the eyes of serious music fans, so it's close enough. Not that I did this as a tribute to him, but owning two CDs by him and nothing by Kent probably qualifies anyway.

I like the 2004 version of Pokémon Ierukana a lot more than the original, but it might be because of Kaba-chan. Which is sort of funny, as my relationship to him doesn't go much further than "the guy with the really annoying voice doing the introductions to the HOSO-specials and was in the sixth movie".
